Return Policy
Our Policy
- We accept returns for exchange or online credit within 7 calendar days after receiving your item minus the cost of shipping.
- Items that end in .99 or are marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and panty liners, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
- If we find any defects, signs of wear, odors or damage we reserve the right to not accept your return. Any unacceptable returns will be shipped back to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
